This summer we started with a new web app. The old app is disappeared from the App Store. And the old 'my bbb' environment on our website will is replaced by the new 'my bbb' environment. For this you need to reactivate your account. Please read the following carefully if you have not already done so.
We have completely redeveloped the bbb health boutique app. It is a web app (so not via the App Store, but a URL) and we have already tested it well with a large number of members. They were especially enthusiastic about the speed, the ease with which you can now schedule your appointments and look up available places. There are also a few nice new options, such as a digital food diary, insight into the results of the foundation questionnaire and delicious recipes. And we have many more great plans with this new web app for the coming months.
The app has been built from scratch. The steps below are necessary to start using the new app. Read the steps carefully!
Create your account.
Your login account consists of your email address, name and password. It is especially important that the email address is exactly the same as that of the old app (also capitals). The password does not have to be the same.
Go to this web address to create your new account: mijnbbb.bbbhealthboutique.nl/startup/createaccount.
Please note: you only use this web address for this one time.
Activate your account.
After you have completed and saved this form, an email will be sent to you to activate your account.
Log in with your login details (email address and password) from step 1 on mijnbbb.bbbhealthboutique.nl After this login, the app will be started and you can use the app.
Exception - double account - sports multiple cities
Do you exercise in bbb studios in different cities? Unfortunately, the app cannot be used immediately. You will then receive a notification that you can forward to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then your email address can be manually linked to the correct customer data. Once you can log in, you can see that working out at multiple bbb health boutiques has become much easier and faster.
Icon on your home screen - app.
If you have successfully logged in, you can place the app as an icon on the home screen of your phone by clicking on 'Add to home screen'. This function can be found on most phones under the square with the arrow up. If the bbb icon is on the home page, you can launch the app from there. The first time you have to log in. After that you stay logged in and it works like any other app.
