celebrations & preparations

The festive season is approaching and the days are getting colder and darker. How do you cope with the winter and stay fresh, fit and rested? Celebrations & Preparations is bbb healthboutique’s winter challenge. The theme of this challenge is eating sugar-free, varied training and digi-detoxing. 

During this challenge we eat sugar free for four weeks to enable a healthier and fitter body. The key is variation in both nutrition and training. During this challenge you choose for variations in your normal training scheme and lessen your screen time!

Celebrations & preparations Facts!

When:  From the 4th of November and finishing on the 1st of December. The celebrations & preparations challenge takes four weeks and it is also possible to follow a part of the challenge.

For whom: For everybody! If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have food allergies or are sick then discuss this first with one of the coaches.

Body, food & mind

This challenge is again constructed using our 3 pillars  body, food & mind:

Body: become extra fit and train at least 3 times a week during this challenge and vary your classes! The key to this challenge is 'try something new'. Did you know that we also have strength, pilates, HIIT and yoga programmes that you can follow yourself in the cabin? And that there are short strength programmes for in our power corner? We dare you to try something new!

Food: During this challenge we will eat sugar free for four weeks. This increases your awareness and lessens your cravings. To help you we have included in this guide delicious, sugar-free recipes and treats. Discuss your plan and food goals during a food coaching.

Mind: We couldn't imagine our lives without our telephones. Very handy of course for navigating, keeping track of appointments, sending emails, listening to music etc etc. They are, however, incredibly addictive. What are your digital pitfalls? Too much netflixing or addicted to social media? Do you continuously check your phone? Determine your goals for this challenge!

 

Celebrations & preparations webinar 

On Saturday morning, the 2nd of October, Esther (founder bbb health boutique) & Anna (marketing & coach boutique Utrecht) will organise an online webinar. During this webinar they will explain the challenge, share tips & tricks and you can ask your questions. This webinar will be held via our Facebook and Instagram account and is live!

A full stamp card will be rewarded!

Every workout and coaching earns a stamp. As well as the stamp we also note the name of the workout. Hand in a full stamp card at the end of the challenge with five different workshops and receive a healthy gift!
