She moved to the Netherlands 9 years ago and lives in Tilburg with her two lovely dogs. As a nutrition coach, she considers herself a bit of a rebel - she doesn't believe in "good" and "bad" food. Besides, she believes you can easily achieve your goals without punishing yourself with crash diets. With just as much passion, Louise loves to help women work out and make them feel like they can take on the world.
