About our supplements

In order to get a good picture of you and to give you appropriate advice, we have developed a foundation questionnaire together with our psychologists, dietitians and physiotherapists. Based on your answers, we can give you specific advice about our supplements. In this tool you will find which supplementation suits which foundation. In addition, you may need supplementation that does not immediately match your foundation. You can also find that in this tool. For example, magnesium can be very nice if you don't sleep well or rhodiola is very nice when you are under stress.

*Note: our calcium and multivitamin contains wool fat. The multivitamin also contains beeswax. Therefore, our supplementation cannot be called 100% vegan. 

Calcium Complex
Calcium is the most abundant mineral in our body. It gives strength to bones and teeth. Calcium is essential for the proper functioning of our muscles and nerves and it plays an important role in blood clotting.
Foundation: mommy and mommy to be.
Signals: osteoporosis.

Chromium Picolinate
Chromium Picolinate is an important trace element that occurs naturally in the body in small amounts. Chromium contributes, among other things, to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. This supplement therefore also inhibits the desire for sweetness.
Foundation: be sugar free.
Signals: blood sugar level, weight loss, need for sweetness. 

Female support
These capsules provide wonderful support for women in certain periods. It is a fine combination of vitamins and herbs that, among other things, help with changing moods during the menstrual cycle and menopause.
Foundation: mama, stay vital, be happy and be mindful.
Signals: menstrual and/or menopausal complaints, mood swings.

Folic acid and vitamin B12 
Folic acid and vitamin B12 are nutrients that everyone needs. They are especially important for women who want to conceive or are pregnant. Both folic acid and vitamin B12 reduce the risk of a baby with spina bifida.
Foundation: mommy to be. 
Signals: (becoming) pregnant.

Iron 
Iron contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and helps to reduce fatigue. During your pregnancy, your body needs extra iron. You also have a higher risk of anemia if you lose a lot of blood during or after delivery.

Signals: anemia (tired / loss of appetite / fainting).

Magnesium Citrate
Magnesium is an important mineral that many people are deficient in. It contributes to the reduction of fatigue and normal muscle function. Magnesium is important for athletes and people with busy lives.
Foundation: stay vital, be mindful and be happy.
Signals: tired, stress, muscle tension, muscle cramps, poor sleep, listless.

Multivitamin & minerals 75
A nice daily supplement packed with various vitamins and minerals. A multivitamin contains essential nutrients for optimal health and can help keep the body and mind healthy and vital.

Signals: reduced resistance, stress, fatigue, poor sleep.

Rhodiola*
Rhodiola or rose root is a plant known for its medicinal effect against stress and fatigue. It adapts to the changing conditions in body and mind. For example, it has a stimulating effect on fatigue, but relaxing with stress/tension.
Foundation: be mindful and be happy. 
Signs: stress, fatigue, burnout.

*Note: do not combine with antidepressants.

Selenium and Zinc
Selenium is involved in many processes in the body, including the functioning of the immune system. Zinc plays an important role in keeping skin, hair and nails healthy. For proper functioning of the thyroid gland, it is important that you get enough selenium and zinc.
Foundation: be balance.
Signals: unhealthy skin, hair, nails, less smell & taste. 

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the best known vitamins. Vitamin C has many tasks. It supports your resistance, is important for your skin, strong teeth and blood vessels, helps the composition of your bone and cartilage, ensures a well-functioning nervous system and promotes the absorption of iron in your blood.

Vitamin B50 complex
Taken as a 'complex', vitamin B ensures the cell metabolism of our body. This means that it ensures the conversion of substances that are necessary for keeping our cells healthy. For vegetarians and vegans, it is especially important because of vitamin B12.

Vitamin D3
Most vitamin D in our body is produced through sunlight. The sunshine vitamin can be used to maintain strong bones and teeth and is good for the resistance and maintenance of muscle functions. Especially in winter very important for more energy.

Zinc Picolinate
