Find your core

 

During this retreat, psychologist Esther and Pilates & core expert Pam will guide you on a deep journey into the heart of body & mind. In a meditative stretching session, you are invited to slow down and gradually release old patterns and conditioning. Through mindful movement and breath, you will reconnect with what truly belongs to you—beyond expectations, beliefs, and learned habits.

When you let go of labels, thoughts, and identity for a moment, space opens up for an essential question: what remains at your core? From this stillness and inner clarity, a deeper connection with yourself can emerge.

Following this, Pam will lead you through a delightful and deepening Pilates workout, where you will truly feel your core. A strong core forms the foundation of every movement and supports not only your physical strength but also your mental stability and resilience.

This retreat will take place on Sunday, February 7th, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at BBB Utrecht, and is led by psychologist Esther and Pilates & core expert Pam.
