Vacancy: Holistic Coach/Instructor
- Employment type: part-time — either freelance or employed.
- Hours: 10–20 hours per week.
- We are looking for an empathetic and proactive coach/instructor with a passion for body, food and mind. You will work enjoyable shifts of around five hours, combining personal coaching in nutrition, exercise and lifestyle with teaching classes.

bbb works with professional coaches and specialists, including psychologists, physiotherapists, nutrition and weight-management coaches, fitness instructors and dietitians. Every bbb member receives a personalised nutrition and exercise programme. We guide, motivate and empower.
Responsibilities of a Holistic Coach
- Teaches bbb30, Balance, Hot HIIT, Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Power, StrongHer and TRX classes after completing our in-house training.
- Proactively coaches and supports our members in the areas of exercise, nutrition and mindset.
- Creates personalised exercise programmes.
- Reviews food diaries and lifestyle questionnaires and provides personal feedback.
- Carries out measurements and weigh-ins.
- Performs daily cleaning duties.
- Takes care of general administrative tasks.
- Preferred backgrounds and experience include fitness instructors, yoga teachers, dance teachers, personal trainers, nutrition professionals and personal coaches. We also welcome positive, enthusiastic women with a strong interest in body, food and mind.
