Awareness of motion retreat

This body-awareness session invites you to slow down and reconnect with how your body moves, breathes, and holds tension. In the busyness of daily life, we often lose touch with our natural rhythm. During this afternoon, we consciously create space to feel again, soften, and deepen your awareness.

We will work with different forms of gentle, mindful movement:

– Walking meditation
– Breathwork
– A calm, flowing yoga sequence
– Mindful movement
– Simple improvisation exercises

By combining these elements, you will explore the subtle balance between activation and relaxation. You’ll learn to recognize tension, release it, and rediscover movement that feels natural, free, and effortless. There is space for both slowing down and expression — always attuned to your own pace and needs.

The session takes place at bbb health boutique, in the heart of the Jordaan — a warm, intimate setting where safety, softness, and personal attention are central.

Guided by coaches Antonia and Novela, who will support you throughout the process with care, expertise, and presence.

Time: 15:00 – 17:00
