Would you like to better understand your eating patterns and learn to take care of yourself in a kind and conscious way? Then this Emotional Eating Retreat is for you.

During this special afternoon, you’ll explore the theme of emotional eating together with other women. In a safe and relaxed setting, you’ll gain valuable insight into your patterns and reconnect with what your body and mind truly need.
What to expect:
Emotional Eating Workshop – Led by Esther, psychologist and founder of bbb, this workshop will help you understand the triggers behind emotional eating. What’s really going on beneath the surface when you reach for food?
Share & Care – A moment of connection. You’re welcome (but not required) to share your experiences and listen to others. You’ll realize: you’re not alone.
Stretch & Meditation – We’ll end the retreat with gentle stretching and a guided meditation. A moment to return to your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
