OwnerMiranda co-owns bbb Tilburg, Den Bosch & bbb Den Haag with her sisters Karin and Nicole. Miranda has years of experience as a sports instructor and personal trainer teaching Pilates, yoga and bootcamp. She also used to work as a teacher at a yoga academy. At bbb, she developed herself as a teacher and coach. Her passion is to empower women. Grow, enjoy, give, laugh, let go and live!

Sammie
Dietitian, Assistant Manager, Kickboxing PTAs a dietitian and assistant manager at the bbb health boutique, my worlds come together. At bbb I help you find a suitable sport routine and coach you to achieve your health goals. With a holistic and down-to-earth approach, I show you that you do not need strict rules and diets for a healthy pattern. You can contact me for various lessons, kickboxing and coaching. Do you want to deepen your diet and work together for a longer period of time? Then you can also visit my dietician practice Samen met Sam.

CoachWith years of experience as a bbb coach, I can inspire all members to get the best out of themselves during cabin classes and personal workouts. With my background as a dietician, I coach women on nutrition and hormonal balance. As a mother of three young children, I know better than anyone how important healthy eating and regular exercise is.

CoachMoving with intention is a great passion of mine. I can regularly be found on a (yoga) mat, in the gym or somewhere randomly dancing or stretching. I like to share my love and passion for movement by teaching yoga and sports. In my classes there is room to get to know your own body better, to take on challenges with positivity and curiosity and hopefully find pleasure in moving.

CoachMy greatest passion is supporting women and mothers in a holistic way to get even closer to themselves; physically, mentally and spiritually. bbb is the perfect place where I can bring together my love for connection and my love for health and exercise. In addition to working at bbb, I also work as a holistic women's coach and organize women's and mother's circles and other events that focus on female connection. I often incorporate my experience as a Yoga teacher into my working method and creating a safe community for women is what makes my heart beat faster!
