Miranda has years of experience as a sports instructor and personal trainer teaching Pilates, yoga and bootcamp. She also used to work as a teacher at a yoga academy. At bbb, she developed herself as a teacher and coach. Her passion is to empower women. Grow, enjoy, give, laugh, let go and live!

As a dietitian and assistant manager at the bbb health boutique, my worlds come together. Exercising from your own strength and feeding from love for yourself, I am happy to help you with that!

My affinity for sports and health is partially due to many years of intense training and exercising. I grew up with a holistic view on life, with healthy nourishment of body and mind. After years of working in aviation and seeing so much of the world, I wanted to study nutrition in combination with neuropsychology. At bb, I am able to channel my energy into teaching. This way, I hope to make everyone feel great, both at the boutique and about themselves. I truly believe in the power of this women's community, and I hope to see you soon at bbb Den Haag.
