New to bbb? Welcome. During onboarding we take the time to get to know you. Together we go through the onboarding tool, talk about your personal goals, plan your workouts and coaching sessions, and choose the tools that best support you.

A personalized workout plan
During body coaching we create a personal training plan together that matches your body, goals and energy level. Whether you want to lose weight, become stronger or simply feel more energized, your coach helps you move in a way that feels both effective and enjoyable.
We help you make movement part of your rhythm, without pressure or guilt.
PT – Personal Training
Personal guidance in the cabin or on the mat
Would you like extra personal attention? With personal training for women, you work one on one with a coach who guides you in the heated cabin or on the mat.
We go through the exercises step by step, pay attention to your posture and make sure you train in a safe and mindful way. This helps you get the most out of every session, at your own pace.
FC – Food Coaching
Nutrition that supports your energy
During food coaching we discuss your food diary or use one of our food tools to explore how nutrition influences your energy, recovery and hormonal balance.
Your coach shares practical tips to help you eat healthier without strict diets or guilt. Small, realistic changes can make a big difference for your energy and overall wellbeing.
LC – Lifestyle Coaching
Balance for body and mind
Lifestyle coaching looks beyond exercise and nutrition. Together we explore topics such as stress, sleep, mindset and daily habits.
Using the holistic questionnaire, a mind tool or your coaching journal, you reflect on where you are and what you need. These sessions help you create more calm, balance and direction in both your workouts and daily life.
M – Measurement
Insight into your progress
To track your progress, we regularly do a measurement. This can be a weigh in, but also a full body analysis or body measurement.
Seeing and feeling your progress can be a powerful motivation to keep going.
EG – Extra Guidance
Would you like a coach to take a closer look at your personal workout in the hot cabin? Book extra guidance and a coach will support you during your session. They will watch your movements, explain the exercises and make adjustments where needed.
Phone Coaching
A supportive check in moment
Do you need some extra motivation or would you like to talk something through? During phone coaching your coach calls you at a scheduled time to check in on your health journey.
This helps you stay connected and supported, even when you are not in the boutique.
