Self-Regulation – A Retreat on Attention & Safety

In a world that constantly demands something from us, we often find ourselves—without even realizing it—in fight-or-flight mode. Our bodies are on high alert, our minds are full, and true rest can feel far away. During this retreat, we invite you to pause for a moment. To bring your attention back to yourself, to your body, and to the present moment.

On March 13, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, we are hosting a retreat at BBB Health Boutique in Utrecht where physical and mental health, lifestyle, and awareness come together. An afternoon where you don’t have to perform, but are invited simply to experience.

You will receive practical exercises that help you to:

  • come out of fight-or-flight mode

  • regulate your nervous system

  • feel more safety and calm in your body

  • cultivate awareness around stress, tension, and recovery

Through breathing, gentle body-based exercises, and focused attention, you will learn how to guide yourself from surviving to thriving. The focus is not on theory, but on directly applicable tools you can take with you into your daily life.

This retreat is for anyone who:

  • wants to learn how to listen more deeply to the body
