As a woman, I know better than most how the body, food and the mind are connected. Before my personal development journey, I had a love-hate relationship with my body. I had developed a negative self-image as a result of a bad relationship, which caused me to eat emotionally and exercise excessively. I decided to change course and discovered that I wanted to be there for others. Thus, I began the Master's Degree in Essence and Development. Music and exercise played a big role during this process, and they still do till this day!
