Do you want to become stronger and achieve your fitness goals? Join the exclusive StrongHer program, specially designed for women who want to work towards a stronger body and more self-confidence.

What does the StrongHer program entail?

The StrongHer program offers a six-month journey of progressive, intensive workouts focused on building muscle strength. The program consists of three main pillars:

  • Legs & Glutes
  • Core Strength
  • Upper Body

You will train in 6-week periods in a motivating group setting under the guidance of experienced coaches. Each 50-minute session includes functional exercises on the mat, using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, booty bands, and resistance bands. To gradually increase your strength, the resistance of the exercises is progressively increased.

Missed a class? No worries! You can always use the StrongHer card during a personal workout.

Nutrition and mental strength

To maximize your results, the program includes a nutrition plan focused on muscle building and recovery after workouts, created by our coach and dietitian, Theresia. In addition to physical strength, we emphasize a positive mindset through special mental coaching, so you not only become physically stronger but also grow mentally.

Important tips for safe and effective training:

  • Ensure a good warm-up and cool-down to prevent injuries and promote muscle recovery.
  • Always listen to your body and adjust weights and intensity based on your own strength and energy levels.
