Training at bbb is tailor-made and under the supervision of a coach. Unique at bbb is that you can train in a hot cabin: an effective and pleasant workout. Next to the hot workouts we offer studio classes like yoga, Pilates, StrongHer, TRX, barre and power.

Below you will find the different hot cabin workouts. Get flexibel, fit & strong and enjoy the warmth of the heat on your skin.

This workout gives you everything you need in 30 minutes! On fun hits, the coaches motivate you to do intensive and muscle-strengthening exercises for legs, buttocks and abdomen. This is the favorite workout of many of our members, as you will be out of the cabin sweaty and satisfied within 30 minutes.

Balance

This is a wonderful hot cabin class in which all muscle groups are addressed. In a playful and positive way, the coaches motivate you to get the most out of it. Hard work pays off! We end with a relaxing stretch and meditation. A wonderful lesson for body & mind. This class takes a little longer than other hot cabin workouts, namely 45 minutes.

bbb power

In this lesson we work with the resistances in the cabin, dumbells and kettlebells. Different zones are covered. In this training we work on increasing muscle mass and muscle endurance. In addition, it can contribute to the explosive power and helps to strengthen your tendons and bones.

Hot cabin yoga

This yoga class consists of a series of flowing and static poses in the cabin. The exercises are built up responsibly and performed in a controlled manner. It is a quiet lesson for all levels. Because the postures are performed in the hot cabin, your flexibility is increased and your muscles and joints are relaxed. In addition, you stimulate blood flow and fat burning.

Hot Pilates

Pilates is a movement method in which controlled movements are central. It is mainly aimed at strengthening and making your core more flexible. This includes your abs, lower back muscles, pelvic floor muscles, glutes, and the muscles around your hips. Physical complaints are prevented and can even disappear with this concentrated and calm way of training. At Pilates, body & mind work together to create physical and mental balance. Pilates is suitable if you are fit, but also if you have complaints or limitations. By performing Pilates in the hot cabin, the fat burning and blood circulation are extra stimulated!

Hot HIIT

This 30-minute full body workout is based on cardio and strength exercises in a time interval, interspersed with short breaks of active recovery and rest. Because you do short intensive exercises in succession with this workout, this even stimulates your combustion for up to 48 hours after your workout! During such an intensive workout you exhaust your body, which means that your body has to work harder to get the oxygen supply back up to standard. By following a HIIT in the hot cabin you give your combustion an extra boost! Your energy consumption increases in a warm environment.

Personal workout

This is perhaps the most unique thing about bbb. Tailor-made training in the hot cabin. You will receive a personal sports program based on your foundation, measurement and goals. This personal workout consists of exercises that suit your wishes and physical capabilities. So if, for example, you mainly want to shape the abdomen and waist, your personal workout mainly consists of core strengthening exercises. But also if you want to train hips, inside legs, buttocks or triceps. All combinations of muscle groups are possible.

For example, if you want to get stronger or build muscle mass, you can opt for a strength program in the cabin. Of course we take into account any physical complaints and adjust your workout if necessary. You can also choose Pilates, HIIT or a yoga program as a personal workout. This way you train exactly in the way you like.

Are you pregnant? We have programs for every stage of your pregnancy and special programs for after the birth. Do you have a lot of physical complaints? Then we put together a personal workout purely on the rehabilitation of your body. So you can always contact us! You train at your own level and build up at your own pace.

Bring your baby

It is often difficult to find time to exercise right after giving birth. That is why bbb has this special hour for mother and child. Crying is allowed, as is (breast) feeding and changing! bbb offers programs that can be carried out responsibly from 6 weeks after delivery. The bbb mama workout consists of targeted exercises in the hot cabin aimed at restoring the body and shaping your body.

By yourself

During bbb by yourself you can train without the supervision of a bbb coach. Not suitable for new members.

On the mat

‘On the mat’ is not a specific class. Some hot cabin classes are very popular. For those classes, there is the option to participate ‘on the mat’, which means next to the cabins with ankle weights and dumbbells. If there is an available spot in the cabin, it’s, of course, yours.

Pilates

bbb offers Pilates both in the hot cabin and in the studio. Pilates is a movement method focused on controlled movements, primarily aimed at strengthening and increasing flexibility in your core. This includes your abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, pelvic floor muscles, buttocks, and the muscles around your hips. Physical issues can be prevented and even alleviated through this concentrated and calm training method. Pilates combines body and mind to create physical and mental balance. It is suitable for both fitness enthusiasts and individuals with complaints or limitations.

TRX

During this 30-minute training, you mainly work with your own body weight. Training with a TRX challenges your core strength and stability. Muscles are trained not individually but in chains, with the abdomen and lower back forming the core of the movement. TRX exercises are interspersed with cardio and strength exercises in a circuit format. The TRX-class is one of er best studio  classes to gain more strength.

Bootcamp

During the summer period, we organize outdoor boot camps. Bootcamp is a fitness workout that improves your cardiovascular fitness and strengthens your muscles. Cardio and strength exercises are performed using benches, trees, and other props. The sessions are held in city parks near your health boutique. Check the schedule for the location.

Power

This strength training is a group class conducted both inside and outside the cabin. We use resistance in the cabin, dumbbells, and kettlebells in the session. Exercises are performed in sets of 2/3 x 10, with short breaks in between. Various muscle groups are targeted. This training aims to increase muscle mass and muscular endurance. Additionally, it can contribute to explosive strength and help strengthen tendons, ligaments, and bones.

HIIT

At bbb, you can opt for a HIIT workout in the studio or hot HIIT in the cabin. These workouts are based on interval exercises involving cardio and strength, interspersed with short active recovery and rest periods. Because you follow short intensive exercises consecutively with rest intervals, this stimulates fat burning for up to 48 hours after your workout! During such an intense workout, your body depletes its oxygen supply through breathing. Your body then has to work harder to replenish the oxygen levels.

Barre

A barre workout is an effective and versatile exercise method that combines ballet, pilates, yoga, and dance. In this workout, light weights, resistance bands, and ballet barres are used to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and correct posture.

Restorative Hatha Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga suitable for everyone, even those with physical limitations. It does not focus on the end result; you work within your own capabilities. Exercises are performed slowly and with concentration, respecting your body’s abilities and limitations.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga where different poses flow together in rhythm with the breath. The continuous focus on breath and movement helps bring attention to the present moment. It not only calms your mind but also enhances your strength, endurance, and flexibility while reducing stress levels. It’s a wonderful complement to your workouts for a healthy and balanced lifestyle!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a calm and meditative form of yoga where you hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes. The postures primarily target strengthening and loosening connective tissues and joints. Yin yoga enhances flexibility and mobility in joints and improves energy flow in the body. The postures have a deeply calming, meditative effect on the body and mind. The yin yoga class is one of er best studio  classes to improve your flow.

Yin Yang Yoga

This delightful combination class includes both yin and yang poses. The yin part focuses on strengthening and loosening connective tissues and joints. The yang part involves repetitive movements combined with breath. In this class, you work on deep relaxation as well as strengthening and loosening your body.

StrongHer

Do you want to get stronger and achieve your fitness goals? Join the bbb StrongHer classes, our exclusive strength program for women who want to build a stronger body and boost their self-confidence! Each class lasts 50 minutes and features exercises that can be performed on the mat using dumbbells, kettlebells, booty bands, and resistance bands. The program will include progressively increasing resistance to gradually build strength. Make sure to start each session with a proper warm-up and finish with a cool-down to prevent injuries and promote muscle recovery.

Zoom workouts

Are you unable to come to the studio? We offer five delightful Zoom workouts weekly, including yoga and Pilates classes. Roll out your mat at home, position your laptop for clear visibility to the teacher, and you can comfortably engage in the session from home.
