Our workouts, hot cabin & studio

Training at bbb is personalized and guided by a coach. What makes bbb unique is that you can train in a hot cabin: an effective and enjoyable workout environment. In addition to our hot cabin workouts, we offer a variety of studio classes, including TRX, yoga, StrongHer, Pilates, Power, and barre.

What are the benefits of hot cabin workouts?

  • Helps reduce stress

  • Improves flexibility

  • Enhances cardiovascular training and calorie burn

  • Supports better sleep

  • No warm-up needed — you’re done in just 30 minutes

  • Heat has a cleansing effect on the body

  • Little to no risk of injury

  • Exercising in warmth can stimulate fat burning

  • Improves blood circulation

And certainly not unimportant: from experience we know that many women find exercising while lying down in warmth both deeply relaxing and incredibly enjoyable.

Good to know: especially during the second half of your cycle (the luteal phase)—when you may be more sensitive to stress—heat can be particularly supportive. Here you can read more about the science behind exercise in warmth for women.

All hot cabin workouts

All our hot cabin workouts are originally based on Pilates. This method forms the foundation of our training and helps build a strong core, better posture, and mindful, controlled movement. The warmth of the cabin enhances these effects, allowing your body to become more flexible and helping you move deeper into the exercises.

bbb30

This workout gives you everything you need in just 30 minutes. Set to upbeat music, our coaches motivate you to perform intensive, muscle-strengthening exercises for your legs, glutes, and core.

It’s a favorite among many of our members, because in just half an hour you’ll leave the cabin sweaty, energized, and satisfied. There are also a few variations of this class, such as Booty & Core 30 and Core & Upper Body 30.

Balance

A wonderful hot cabin class in which all muscle groups are activated. In a playful and positive way, our coaches motivate you to give it your all. Hard work is rewarded.

We finish with a relaxing stretch and meditation, making this a perfect class for both body and mind. This session lasts 45 minutes, slightly longer than most of our hot cabin workouts.

bbb Power

In this class we work with the resistance system in the cabin, as well as dumbbells and kettlebells. Different muscle groups and training zones are targeted.

This workout focuses on building muscle mass and muscular endurance. It can also improve explosive strength and help strengthen your tendons and bones.

Hot Cabin Yoga / Stretch

This yoga and stretch class consists of a series of flowing and static poses performed in the cabin. The exercises are built up gradually and executed with control.

It is a calm class suitable for all levels. Practicing these poses in the hot cabin increases flexibility, relaxes your muscles and joints, and stimulates circulation and fat burning.

Hot Pilates

Pilates is a movement method centered around controlled and mindful movement. It primarily focuses on strengthening and improving the flexibility of your core, including the abdominal muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, glutes, and the muscles around your hips.

This concentrated and gentle way of training can help prevent physical complaints and may even reduce existing ones. Pilates connects body and mind to create both physical and mental balance. It is suitable whether you are already fit or dealing with physical complaints or limitations.

Practicing Pilates in the hot cabin further stimulates circulation and fat burning.

Hot HIIT

This 30-minute full body workout is based on intervals of cardio and strength exercises, alternated with short periods of active recovery and rest.

Because you perform short, intense bursts of exercise, your metabolism can remain elevated for up to 48 hours after your workout. During HIIT, your body works hard to restore oxygen levels afterward.

Doing HIIT in the hot cabin gives your metabolism an extra boost, as your energy expenditure increases in a warm environment.

Personal Hot Cabin Workouts

This is perhaps the most unique part of bbb: personalized training in the hot cabin. Based on your foundation, body measurements, and personal goals, you receive a fully customized workout program.

Your personal workout consists of exercises tailored to your wishes and physical abilities. For example, if you want to shape your waist and core, your workout will mainly focus on core-strengthening exercises. You can also target areas such as hips, inner thighs, glutes, or triceps. All muscle group combinations are possible.

If your goal is to become stronger or build muscle mass, you can choose a strength-focused program in the cabin. We always take any physical complaints or injuries into account and adjust your workout if needed.

You can also choose a Pilates, HIIT, or yoga program, allowing you to train in the way that suits you best.

Pregnant? We offer programs for every stage of pregnancy, as well as special programs for postnatal recovery.

If you are experiencing significant physical complaints, we can design a rehabilitation-focused personal workout to support your recovery. In short, there is always a program that fits you. You train at your own level and progress at your own pace.

Bring Your Baby

Shortly after giving birth, it can be difficult to find time to exercise. That’s why bbb offers this special hour for mother and baby. Crying is allowed, as well as feeding and changing your baby.

bbb provides programs that can be safely followed from six weeks after giving birth. The bbb Mama Workout consists of targeted exercises in the hot cabin focused on postnatal recovery and reshaping the body.

By Yourself

During bbb By Yourself, you can train at certain times without a bbb coach present. These sessions are not suitable for new members, as it is important that you already know the exercises well.

On the Mat

“On the Mat” is not really a class. Some hot cabin classes are very popular and fill up quickly. For those sessions, you can join on the mat next to the cabins using ankle weights and dumbbells.

If a spot in the cabin becomes available, it will of course be yours.

Our studioclasses

In addition to our hot cabin workouts, we offer a variety of studio classes where you work on strength, endurance, and flexibility — creating the best possible balance in your body. Our StrongHER classes are specially designed by and for women, with a focus on the female body and what it needs to stay strong and energized. Below you’ll find an overview of all our studio classes. And if you can’t make it to the studio, you can join our daily online Zoom class, right from home.

StrongHer

Do you want to become stronger and achieve your fitness goals? Join the bbb StrongHer classes, our exclusive strength program for women who want to build a stronger body and greater confidence.

Each class lasts 50 minutes and includes exercises performed on the mat using dumbbells, kettlebells, booty bands, and resistance bands. The program uses progressively increasing resistance to help you build strength gradually. Every session starts with a proper warm-up and ends with a cooling-down to help prevent injuries and support muscle recovery.

Pilates

bbb offers Pilates both in the hot cabin and in the studio.

In Pilates, body and mind work together to create both physical and mental balance. It is one of our most accessible studio classes, suitable whether you are fit or dealing with physical complaints or limitations.

TRX

During this 30-minute workout you mainly train using your own body weight. TRX training challenges both strength and stability in your core. Instead of isolating individual muscles, you train muscle chains, with the abdominal and lower back muscles forming the center of the movement.

TRX exercises are alternated with cardio and strength exercises in a circuit format. These workouts are among our most popular studio classes for improving strength and stability.

Bootcamp

During the summer season, we offer outdoor bootcamp classes. Bootcamp is a fitness workout designed to improve your endurance and strengthen your muscles.

Cardio and strength exercises are performed using benches, trees, and other outdoor elements. The sessions take place in city parks near your health boutique. Check the schedule for the exact location.

Power

This strength training class takes place both inside and outside the cabin. During the class we work with the resistance systems in the cabin as well as dumbbells and kettlebells.

Exercises are performed in sets of 2–3 x 10 repetitions, with short rest periods in between. Different muscle groups are targeted. This workout focuses on increasing muscle mass and muscular endurance, while also improving explosive power and strengthening tendons, ligaments, and bones.

HIIT

At bbb you can choose a HIIT workout in the studio or Hot HIIT in the cabin. These workouts are based on intervals of cardio and strength exercises, alternated with short periods of active recovery and rest.

Because you perform short, intense bursts of exercise followed by rest, your metabolism can remain elevated for up to 48 hours after your workout. During such an intense session your body works hard to restore oxygen levels afterward, which increases energy expenditure.

Barre

A barre workout is an effective and versatile training method that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and dance.

During this workout, light weights, resistance bands, and ballet barres are used to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga suitable for everyone, even if you want to move but have physical limitations. The focus is not on performance but on working within your own possibilities.

Exercises are built up slowly and performed with calm and concentration. You decide how far you go in each posture. This approach helps you develop greater awareness and respect for the capabilities and limitations of your body.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga in which different postures flow into one another in rhythm with the breath. The continuous focus on breath and movement helps bring your attention to the present moment.

This practice not only calms the mind but also improves strength, endurance, and flexibility, while helping to reduce stress. It’s a beautiful addition to your workouts for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow and meditative style of yoga in which you hold each posture for three to five minutes. The poses mainly focus on strengthening and relaxing the connective tissue and joints.

Yin yoga increases flexibility and mobility in the joints and improves the flow of energy throughout the body. The poses have a deeply calming and meditative effect on both body and mind. Many members consider our Yin yoga classes the most relaxing studio sessions.

Yin Yang Yoga

This wonderful combination class blends yin and yang postures. The yin part focuses on strengthening and relaxing the connective tissue and joints, while the yang part involves repeating movements in combination with the breath.

In this class you work both on deep relaxation and on strengthening and loosening the body.

Zoom Workouts

Can’t make it to the studio? We offer daily Zoom workouts, including yoga and Pilates classes.

Simply roll out your mat at home, place your laptop so the instructor can see you clearly, and you’re ready to join the class from home. Our online schedule can be found here.
