Welcome to bbb health boutique. A beautiful and cozy boutique in the heart of Jordaan. bbb is a holistic gym for women, a gym with attention to body, food and mind. The workouts in the hot cabin are unique at bbb; a safe and personal way to work on your body.
What do we offer?
- Hot cabin workouts: with us you experience unique 30-minute workouts that you do in a heat cabin. We give yoga, pilates, HIIT and bbb classes in the hot cabin. In addition, we also offer indoor classes, outdoor workouts and online classes.
- Our gym is holistic: not only the body is central to us, but also your mind, nutrition and lifestyle.
- Exercising in heat is good for blood circulation, stimulates fat burning and has a cleansing effect. Above all, it is wonderfully relaxing!
- Individual guidance and attention focused on you as a woman: because we exercise in small groups, our attention is focused on you. You will be personally guided in our gym where there is a homely atmosphere.
- Free trial lesson: everyone is welcome for a free trial lesson. During the trial lesson you train to size and we determine your sport level. A trial lesson is free and always starts with an intake and takes about an hour.

The ladies are extremely supportive, and you can ask them anything. Free coaching sessions are also very nice and helpful. The studio always feels like a welcoming, warm bath to me!'

Boutique assistent & dancerElissa is a professional dancer. After completing her dance training in Australia, Elissa worked for 22 years with The Internationaal Danstheater in Amsterdam. She also spent many years training with the Gyrotonics System. A training method based on the principles of yoga, dance, tai chi and swimming.

CoachDaphne is a holistic coach and Transformational Cupping therapist. Her mission is to help women release old pain. She is passionate about helping them find balance. She believes that nutritious eating & effective training is the way to a healthy life.
