Wecome to our holistic sport school, where we not only work on your body but also look at your nutrition and mind so that you feel comfortable with your body. Our bbb health boutiques in Amsterdam Centre focuses on you being a women, so that you can get the best result.

  • Individual guidance and attention focusing on you as a woman: As we sport in small groups, our attention is directed towards you. You are coached personally in a sport school with a homely atmosphere.
  • Hot cabin exercises: You will experience unique workouts in our heated cabins. This training is not long however it is extremely effective: in 30 minutes you can do your whole workout. We also offer classes outdoors and online.
  • Our sports school is holistic: We not only work on your body but also look at your mind, nutrition and lifestyle.
