
Claudia
From a young age, Claudia has been fascinated by the connection between body and mind. This passion led her to complete various yoga teacher trainings in styles such as Satyananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, and Yin yoga. She also completed an intensive training with Vera Helleman, after which she began working as an emotion coach. In her classes, Claudia combines insights from her diverse education with a conscious, personalized approach. For her, yoga is above all an inner journey toward awareness, heart-opening, and personal growth.
