Ilse graduated in 2024 as a physiotherapist from the University of Applied Sciences in Leiden. In addition to sport and movement, her interests include a healthy mindset and nutrition, both of which contribute to optimal physical recovery. She likes to look beyond the complaint, focusing also on the person behind it.
