Pleun studied Applied Psychology and is a certified coach with a background in NLP. Through her own experience with abdominal complaints, she discovered the power of a holistic lifestyle: nourishing food, reducing stress, and moving in a way that feels good. She has a strong interest in yoga and Pilates and wants to further develop herself in these areas. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking with pure, natural ingredients.
