What is a women-only gym?

A women-only gym is an exercise environment for women. At bbb health boutique, personal attention and a holistic approach bring body, food & mind together. Whether you are starting, returning to exercise or looking for a different routine, the aim is to find movement that suits your life.

Feeling comfortable can help you get started

Some women feel more comfortable exercising in a women-only environment. They appreciate space to try a movement, ask a question or discuss a physical complaint without feeling self-conscious. Preferences differ, so a trial is a useful way to discover how the atmosphere feels to you.

Personal guidance instead of a standard plan

Your goals, experience and current capacity deserve attention. A coach can help you learn exercises and adjust the challenge as you progress. At bbb, an intake also gives space to discuss sleep, food, stress and the practical demands of your week.

Why do women choose a women-only gym?

Reasons may include personal attention, a welcoming atmosphere, contact with other women and guidance that considers different life stages. You might want to become stronger, return after a break or simply enjoy moving more. You do not need the same goals as the woman beside you.

Boutique gym or a regular gym?

A boutique gym generally offers a more personal setting and a focused approach. At bbb, workouts and coaching are connected within body, food & mind. Consider the actual support, class options, location and timetable when comparing gyms, and choose the place where you feel comfortable returning.

Which workouts can you explore at bbb?

Options include personal workouts, hot cabin workouts and classes such as Pilates, yoga, Barre, TRX and StrongHer. The current offering varies by boutique. In a hot cabin, the temperature is approximately 40°C and your head stays outside. Ask your coach which option fits your preferences and needs.

All ages and experience levels are welcome

You do not need to be fit before joining. Women of all ages are welcome, including beginners and women returning after an injury, pregnancy or a longer break. The appropriate workout depends on the individual, and existing physical complaints are discussed during the intake.

How do you start at a women-only gym?

Choose a convenient location and book a trial. Explain what you would like to experience and any concerns about exercise. Your coach helps you try suitable movements and discusses possible next steps. You can ask questions about the timetable, guidance and membership before choosing your routine.
