Clean Challenge
Starting March 30, 2026, you’re invited to our four-week Clean Challenge. For four weeks, we focus on clean, plant-based nutrition, move every other day, and consciously step away from constant digital input. Our bodies are exposed daily to stressors such as processed food, continuous screen time, unprocessed emotions, and environmental pollution. Spring is a natural moment to reset, slow down, and restore balance in both body and mind.
Perhaps you’re experiencing ailments, low energy levels, or just not feeling your best? This holistic challenge wilhelp you reset body, mind, and soul and give your health a boost. We’ll focus on clean and unprocessed nutrition. We’ll opt for variety in (sweaty) workouts, detox our minds through a digital detox and choose for clean beauty products.
Facts!
This challenge starts on March 30 and ends on April 26, 2026. The first week is a preparation week. You can also participate in part of the challenge.
Body: exercise every other day and vary. Choose flexibility (yoga, Pilates or stretch) at least once a week, fitness at least once (HIIT, boot camp or running) and strength/shape at least once (power, bbb30, balance, etc.). TRX or barre). Food: during this challenge you will learn to consciously deal with food and we will cleanse the body. To boost the detox you can add a juice detox.
Mind: give your brain a rest and go offline more. Digidetox or: reduce your screen time.
Clean beauty
During the challenge, we focus on the use of natural, non-toxic ingredients in skincare products. The goal is to support skin health without harmful chemicals.
Challenge stampcard
If you have completed a workshop, workout or body, food or lifestyle coaching, you will receive a stamp on your challenge stamp card. With a full card you will receive a healthy gift at the end of the challenge! Ask for a stamp card from the coaches. You can also keep track of your workouts and coaching digitally.
