✔ Hot cabin workout: unique are our hot cabin exercises! Exercising in the hot cabin is short and intense; 30 minutes. In addition to the various classes in our hot cabins, we also offer various workouts in our studio; barre ballet, pilates, bootcamp, and yoga.
✔ Holistic: we are a holistic gym, which means that we coach you on body, food, and mind. We also offer measurements, food, and lifestyle coaching and organise a 4 week detox program twice a year.

bbb Rotterdam offers a diverse range of studio classes. Next to our hot cabin work-outs, our women’s gym offers barre ballet, strength training, HIIT, Pilates and various yoga classes. In these studio classes you work on strength, condition and/or flexibility. These classes are great for getting results and shaping your body. View our schedule here. coachDemy's passion for sports began after she completely transformed her own lifestyle a few years ago. With a background in psychology, she understands how a healthy lifestyle positively impacts our mental well-being.
