What is the StrongHer Program?
The StrongHer program is a six-month journey focused on building strength through progressive workouts. Every six weeks, you work together in a group under the guidance of expert coaches, focusing on three main areas:
- Legs & Glutes: Strong legs and firm glutes not only contribute to a well-shaped lower body but also assist you in daily movements.
- Core Strength: A strong core is essential for overall stability and posture.
- Upper Body: Building muscle in your arms, shoulders, and back creates a balanced and strong physique.
Each training session lasts 50 minutes and utilizes equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, booty bands, and resistance bands. The exercises are performed on the mat, gradually increasing resistance and intensity to continually challenge and strengthen your muscles.
