Welcome to bbb health boutique. In Amsterdam, you'll find two of our locations. Our cozy spot along the Amstel River, nestled between Carré and the Amstel Hotel, and our branch in the heart of Jordaan. Come by for a trial class and experience our warm approach with holistic coaches.

Living a healthy, happy, conscious and energetic life takes more than a regular visit to the gym. Body, food and mind are inextricably linked, which is why our approach is holistic and personal.

What do we offer?

  • Individual guidance and attention focusing on you as a woman: As we workout in small groups, our approach is personal. You are coached and motivated in a gym with a homely atmosphere.
  • Hot cabin exercises: You will experience unique workouts in our hot cabins. This training is not long however it is extremely effective: in 30 minutes you can do your whole workout. We offer yoga, pilates, HIIT and bbb workouts in the hot cabin. We also offer studio classes (yoga, Pilates, TRX and barre), outdoors and online classes.
  • Our gym is holistic: We not only work on your body but also look at your mind, nutrition and lifestyle.
  • Free trial: everybody is welcome for a free trial. In this trial you train according to your wishes and we determine your sport level. A free trial lesson always starts with an intake and lasts about an hour.
