bbb classes

Unique to bbb is that you exercise in a hot cabin. Exercising in warmth is good for the circulation, better for the muscles and stimulates the fat burning process. Above all, it is wonderfully relaxing!
At bbb you can follow your own individual programme in the hot cabin. You can also join a class such as the invigorating hot HIIT, a lovely hot pilates or a pleasant hot cabin yoga.

balance

This is a wonderful 50 minute hot cabin class in which all the muscles are trained. The coaches motivate you, in a playful and positive manner, to push your body to it's limits. The hard work is rewarded! This class ends with a relaxing stretch and meditation. A great class for body & mind. This class requires some 'cabin skills' so it's good if you have practiced your own programme a few times in the cabin before signing up.

This workout gives you everything you need in 30 minutes! With great music hits, the coaches motivate you to perform intensive and muscle strenthening exercises that train your legs, buttocks and stomach. It's the favourite class of many of our members as you leave the cabin within 30 minutes, sweaty and satisfied. This class requires some 'cabin skills' so it's good if you have practiced your own programme a few times in the cabin before signing up.

 

bring your baby

After giving birth it is often difficult to find time to sport, which is why bbb has a special hour for mother and baby. Crying is allowed as well as (breast) feeding and changing nappies! bbb offers special programmes that can be practised from 6 weeks after giving birth. The bbb mama workout is comprised of specific exercises in the hot cabin that focus on the recovery and shaping of your body. Also ask the coaches about our back in shape food tools!

hot cabin yoga

This yoga class is a combination of fluent and static positions in the hot cabin. The exercises build up carefully and are performed with control. It is a peaceful class for all levels with a standard sequence. Performing the exercises in the hot cabin, increases your flexibility and the suppleness of your muscles and joints. Above all it stimulates the ciculation and fat burning process!

hot HIIT

At bbb you can choose to follow a HIIT workout in the studio or the hot HIIT in the cabin. These trainings are based on the interval training principle in which cardio and strength are alternated with short breaks for active recovery and rest.

Because this workout uses short intensive exercises alternated with rest breaks, your fat burning process is stimulated as long as 48 hours after your workout! During such an intensive workout you exhaust your body and your body doesn't receive as much oxygen via your breathing. Your body is required to work harder to keep your oxygen reserves up. By following a HIIT class in the hot cabin you give the fat burning process an extra boost! You use up more energy in a warm enviroment.



hot Pilates

bbb offers pilates in the studio and hot cabin. Pilates is a movement method in which the focus lies in controlled exercises. It"s main focus is on strengthening the core and increasing it's flexibility. Your core encompasses the stomach muscles, lower back muscles, pelvic floor muscles, buttock muscles and the muscles around the hips. Pyhsical complaints are prevented and can even disappear altogether through this concentrated and calm manner of training. With pilates the body & mind work together to create a mental balance. Pilates is suitable for people who are fit but also for those with physical complaints or limitations. By performing pilates in the hot cabin the fat burning process and circulation are stimulated!


 

personal work-out

This is probably the most unique aspect of bbb. Personalised training in the hot cabin. Based on your foundation, measurements and goals, you receive a personal sport programme. This programme is made up of exercises that fit with your goals and physical capabilities. So if, for example, you mainly want to train your stomach and waist then your personal programme wil mainly contain core strengthening exercises. But even if you want to train the hips, innerside of the legs, buttocks or triceps. All combinations of muscles groups are possible.

If you want to become stronger or build up muscle mass then you can choose to follow a strength programme in the cabin. We take into account any injuries and if possible we adjust the programme so it works for you. Are you pregnant? We have programmes for every fase of your pregnancy and after you have given birth. Do you have quite a few injuries? Then we can create a specific programme for you that focuses on your revalidation. You are always welcome by bbb! You train in your own tempo at your own level. For your personal workout you can also choose a pilates, HIIT or yoga programme. This way you train in the manner you feel happy with.

Because you train in 50 degrees, your blood circulation and fat burning process are stimulated. Through the warmth, muscles and joints become extra flexible which also allows complaints to disappear quicker. Due to the heat is the training also more intense which means you are sweaty and done within 30 minutes. And this all takes place under the motivated and watchful eye's of our coaches. In other words, personal training for everyone!
