A hot cabin workout session

Compared to other gyms bbb health boutiques have a unique feature: training in hot cabins. We offer different types of training in these hot cabins. Most workouts last 30 to 45 minutes and are aimed at fat burning, fitness and flexibility. Because we realise that every woman is different and has different needs, we advise you to book a trial lesson so that you can experience it yourself!

Exercising in a hot cabin brings lots of benefits:

Yoga, strength, kickboxing

bbb Den Bosch has hot cabin workouts, indoor and outdoor classes. These are aimed at fat burning, fitness and flexibility. Examples of classes in the hot cabin are bbb30, hot HIT and hot pilates. Examples of the indoor classes are kickboxing, kettlebell and yoga. Our outdoor lessons include boot camp and XCO. View our group lesson schedule here.

Anke is married and mother of 2 beautiful daughters. She is also a yoga teacher and orthomolecular advisor, breathing coach in training and owner of Wortels & Wijn. She lovingly guides women to an optimal balance in which healthy living and enjoyment go hand in hand. She does yoga and strength training every week. Meditates regularly and enjoys a good glass of wine.

I am Nicole, 39 years old and I originate from the southern part of Switzerland. I have been living in Rosmalen for over ten years now with Dries and my beautiful children Mattia and Nora. I love traveling, being outdoors and going on small and big adventures with my children. During the winter I like to go snowboarding, skiing, and in the summer I'll be enjoying all kinds of water sports. I also love to go mountain biking, running, hiking or take yoga classes.

Before this, I worked in marketing and communications for many years, but privately I have always been very involved with sports and lifestyle. For instance, I have been giving kickboxing lessons to girlfriends at home in 'the Knalhal' for years. Maintaining a good and balanced lifestyle is also very important to me. Now I get to put my enthusiasm and passion for sports and lifestyle coaching into practice at bbb. I am really looking forward to giving fun and challenging sports lessons and coaching you in making the best food, mind and lifestyle choices.

She embraces an active lifestyle and combines strength training and yoga every week. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience.
