Geraldine has a theatre acting background and loves promoting body-mind practices that help others to express themselves more confidently in life. She has certified herself in diverse techniques to teach barre, yoga or stretch lessons. Consistency and awareness are two words that come easily to her when explaining the importance of incorporating movement practices in our lives. In her lessons she wants to promote physical alignment with inner balance and enjoyment through soft impact exercise for long lasting strength in our body-mind-soul connection.
