I enjoy working behind the scenes for bbb health boutique The Hague, Tilburg and Den Bosch. I am involved in our social media, communication and marketing. In addition to this work at bbb, I am a Yoga teacher and I coach women to listen to their natural cycle, encourage them to live Slowly more often and all from an Ayurvedic approach.
As a coach and yoga teacher, I support women on their journey to more self-confidence and lust for life. Through conscious movement, breathing and a positive mindset, I want to inspire you to be happy with your body. We go on a journey of discovery together – in a safe environment and in a playful way. I personally love dancing, swimming in the sea, and moving in nature.
During a period of depression and anxiety, Evelien experienced the wisdom and self-healing capacity of our body. This is where her love for yin yoga, breathwork and Reiki arose. Evelien gives yin yoga, Reiki treatments and individual connected breathing sessions (tailored to your body).
Alongside her sisters Miranda and Nicola, Karin is franchisee of bbb Tilburg, Den Haag & Den Bosch! Karin studied dietetics and works as a running trainer. She is passionate about exercising and healthy nutrition. As a nutritionist and exercise coach, she focuses on the opportunities that nutrition offers to feel fitter and more vital, both physically and mentally. For Karin, the foundation lies in food that is recognizable from nature.
I am Kotie-Alet Agenbag a South African fitness enthusiast. I have a background in Occupational Therapy and love working with young and old clients. I am a certified Stott PILATES Matwork instructor and would love to teach you to build your core and improve your mobility and balance.
As a teacher, I hold a space where students feel safe, seen, and supported. This provides fertile ground for self-discovery, allowing students to embrace their unique journey both on and off the mat. By offering accessible options for all levels, I encourage yogis to choose what feels right for them. All vibes are welcome, and there’s never any pressure to perform—just an invitation to show up as you are.
Miranda co-owns bbb Tilburg, Den Bosch & bbb Den Haag with her sisters Karin and Nicole. Miranda has years of experience as a sports instructor and personal trainer teaching Pilates, yoga and bootcamp. She also used to work as a teacher at a yoga academy. At bbb, she developed herself as a teacher and coach. Her passion is to empower women. Grow, enjoy, give, laugh, let go and live!
Together with her sisters Karin and Miranda, Nicole is franchisee of bbb Tilburg, bbb Den Haag & Den Bosch. Nicole has a background in education, where she worked as an internal supervisor: coaching students, parents, teachers and teams. Because of her own experience with Hashimoto's disease (autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland), she continued to study and further expand her knowledge in the field of health and nutrition.
As a dietitian and assistant manager at the bbb health boutique, my worlds come together. At bbb I help you find a suitable sport routine and coach you to achieve your health goals. With a holistic and down-to-earth approach, I show you that you do not need strict rules and diets for a healthy pattern. You can contact me for various lessons, kickboxing and coaching. Suus's inspiring and exciting exercise lessons literally put you "in your power"! At SuuS it is: achieving relaxation through effort. Just by exercising, you can get out of your head in one lesson. Feel one with your legs and your buttocks and your stomach. And the arms also move happily. SuuS works on the whole person: Body & Soul.
As a coach at bbb health boutique, I bring my background as an active performing dancer and teacher, with a strong foundation in ballet and contemporary dance. I help women improve their strength, flexibility and body awareness, while we work together on self-confidence and balance. I create a safe, positive atmosphere in which you dare to push your boundaries and discover your full potential. Together we build a strong, energetic and confident life!
After years of being a loyal member of bbb Health Boutique, Trynke is now also a yoga nidra teacher. I am always amazed at what a positive effect this has on body, mind and soul. More inner peace, awareness, feeling connected, to name just an example. That makes me happy and I wish this for everyone!
