At bbb health boutique, we’re here to support you in losing weight safely and healthily while addressing long-term patterns. Our approach focuses on personal guidance, tailored classes, and attention to your specific needs. The goal: achieving a healthy weight with a good dose of self-love and kindness.

Personal Workouts

We offer personalized programs tailored to your goals and any physical concerns. The workouts target specific body zones, such as legs, buttocks, abs, waist, or a combination of these. During a personal workout, you can:

  • Have a coach monitor your exercises for proper technique and extra motivation.
  • Adjust, add, or remove exercises to better align with your goals.
  • Book a new program if you need additional focus or explanations.

Group Classes

Choose what you enjoy and what motivates you. Combine strength, cardio, and balance for optimal results.

  • Yoga and stretch classes: For balance and stress reduction.
  • Hot HIIT and cardio: For endurance and stamina.
  • bbb30 and balance: For shaping, toning, and muscle strengthening.
  • Strongher and power: To build strength.
  • (Hot) Pilates & barre: For core strength and posture improvement.

Lifestyle questionnaire

Fill out the lifestyle questionnaire via our app under “My Journey” and schedule lifestyle coaching to discuss your habits. Together, we’ll address areas such as stress, sleep, sugar intake, exercise, and screen time while losing weight.

Coaching

  • Food Coaching: Your journey begins with completing a food diary. Take small, achievable steps toward healthier choices. Tools such as intermittent fasting, detox, sugar-free eating, metabolism boosting, balance days, and low-carb diets help you discover what works for you.
  • Lifestyle Coaching: Kickstart your lifestyle transformation by completing the questionnaire under “My Journey” in the app. Discover mind tools in our app about emotional eating, behavioral change, self-image, and meditation for sustainable change. Plan lifestyle coaching sessions to discuss your motivation, mindset, and behavioral shifts.
  • Measurements: Support your progress with body measurements, optionally every 4–6 weeks. Focus on enjoying exercise and healthy eating; the weight will follow naturally.
  • Personal Training & Body Coaching: Need extra motivation or guidance? Schedule personal training sessions. For a new workout program or customized plan, choose body coaching.
  • Zoom & Phone Coaching: Short on time? Take advantage of our extensive Zoom schedule, phone coaching, and online lessons through our app and the Facebook group “bbb online.”

Practical
