At bbb health boutique, we’re here to support you in staying active safely and healthily during this special time. Our approach focuses on personal guidance, tailored classes, and attention to your specific needs. Below is an overview of what we offer.
Personal Workouts
We provide personalized programs for every stage of your pregnancy. Refer to the tool “Pregnancy and Training” for more in-depth information. During a personal workout, you can:
- Have a coach guide you for proper exercise execution.
- Modify, add, or remove exercises to suit your pregnancy stage.
- Book a new program if you need extra support or detailed explanations.
Group classes
- Yoga and stretch classes: Poses are adapted for pregnancy.
- Hot HIIT and hot power: Special mama-friendly format.
- bbb30 and balance: Available after body coaching, with customized exercises.
- Strongher: Suitable after body coaching, focusing on legs, glutes, and upper body (no core sequences).
- TRX, barre, and pilates: Only after body coaching due to the intensive core work.
Important guidelines for group classes
Avoid:
- Training straight abdominal muscles after three months.
- Explosive movements or twisting exercises.
- Continuing if you experience pain, especially around the pelvis or abdomen.
Do:
- Train oblique and transverse abdominal muscles properly to strengthen the linea alba and provide stability.
Lifestyle questionnaire
Complete the lifestyle questionnaire in the app and schedule a lifestyle coaching session. Together, we’ll address key areas such as stress, sleep, sugar intake, exercise, and screen time during pregnancy.
Coaching
- Food Coaching: Schedule a session to learn more about healthy nutrition during pregnancy. Use the app tool “Pregnancy & Nutrition” for practical tips and advice.
- Lifestyle Coaching: Cultivate a healthy mindset with lifestyle coaching. Discover the “Mindful Mama” mind tool in the app to navigate your pregnancy consciously and calmly.
- Measurements: Track your progress with optional body measurements every 4–6 weeks. Focus on health and energy—your body is doing the work for you and your baby.
- Personal Training & Body Coaching: For guidance on safe exercises during pregnancy, schedule personal training. Want a custom workout plan tailored to your pregnancy? Opt for body coaching.
- Zoom & Phone Coaching: Short on time? Take advantage of our extensive Zoom schedule, phone coaching, and online classes via our app and the Facebook group “bbb online”.
A gift for expecting mothers
Are you pregnant during your membership? Ask your coach for a special gift just for you.

Practical information
You can temporarily pause your membership during pregnancy. Want to restart earlier? Send us an email, and we’ll reactivate your membership. Planning and freezing sessions can be done via the app. Need to switch to a more suitable subscription, cancel, or extend your pause? Email admin@bbbhealthboutique.nl.
Bring Your Baby
After giving birth, you’re welcome to work out with your baby. We offer special sessions and personal workouts designed for your recovery. Customized programs are also available after a C-section or in case of diastasis.
