Menopause retreat

Sunday October 20,  we hosted the first edition of our menopause retreat at bbb Jordaan, where we gathered with an amazing group of women to share our experiences. How do you handle sleepless nights and the sensation of reaching your limit quickly? Surrender seems to be the only path to relief. Resistance only makes it harder. And… what if menopause also brings us something new? What behaviors might we let go of because they no longer serve us, and what new space could take their place?

Our coach, Elissa, led an energizing hot workout; coach and dietitian Theresia shared valuable nutritional tips; therapist Remke gave advice on pressure points; and we ended with a soothing meditation from coach Merel.
