My greatest passion is supporting women and mothers in a holistic way to get even closer to themselves; physically, mentally and spiritually. bbb is the perfect place where I can bring together my love for connection and my love for health and exercise. In addition to working at bbb, I also work as a holistic women's coach and organize women's and mother's circles and other events that focus on female connection. I often incorporate my experience as a Yoga teacher into my working method and creating a safe community for women is what makes my heart beat faster!
