Take at least two classes per week that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, such as yin yoga, restorative yoga, slow flow, stretch, or meditation sessions.
Strength & high-intensity workouts
Prioritize strength training and limit high-intensity workouts, as they may contribute to a heightened sense of stress.

Lifestyle questionnaire
Fill out the questionnaire in our app and book a lifestyle coaching session. Together, we will assess key areas such as stress, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and screen time, with a special focus on stress reduction.
