Taco’s or tortilla’s with vegetarian minced meat

Tacos, a beloved dish from Mexican cuisine, are much more than just a meal; they represent a delightful culinary experience. Tacos are made from soft or crispy corn tortillas, filled with a variety of ingredients such as seasoned meat, beans, fresh vegetables, cheese, and guacamole. What you need (for 8 taco’s)

  • 8 tacos or tortillas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tin of tomato pieces
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 pack of soy cream
  • 3 taco herbs
  • 1 pack vega minced meat from the Vegetarian Butcher

How you make it

Chop the onion, carrot, bell pepper coarsely and fry them in the olive or coconut oil. Add the minced meat and cook briefly. Add the tomato, the taco herbs, the black beans and 3 scoops of corn. Let simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the ban. Meanwhile, place the tacos or tortillas in the oven. Serve with avocado and dishes of raw vegetables (what the kids like) and the soy cream. Let them make their own creations.
