At bbb health boutique, we support you in shaping and strengthening your body in a safe and healthy way. Our approach focuses on personal guidance, tailored classes, and tools that help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personal workouts for shaping

We offer personalized programs designed to target specific body zones such as legs, glutes, abs, waist, or a combination of these areas.

  • Receive expert guidance for correct execution and extra motivation
  • Modify or add exercises to support your shaping and toning goals
  • Book a new program when you need extra attention or explanations

Group classes

Create a mix of classes that combine strength, cardio, and balance for optimal results:

  • Yoga and stretch classes – For balance, awareness, and stress reduction
  • Hot HIIT and cardio – To improve endurance and burn fat
  • bbb30 and balance – Focused on shaping, toning, muscle endurance, and strengthening
  • Strongher and power – To build strength and muscle definition
  • (Hot) pilates & barre – For core stability and better posture

Personal workouts: All muscle zones (abs, waist, legs, glutes, upper body, or a combination), Pilates, bbb strength, hot HIIT, and cardio 1, 2, and 3
Food tools: Sugar-free, High-protein diet, Balance days, Juice detox, Low-carb, Start & motivation, and Detox
Mind tools: Meditation, Better sleep, Behavior change, Yoga Nidra, and Daily movement

Lifestyle questionnaire

Fill out the lifestyle questionnaire in our app under ‘My journey’ and discuss key points such as stress, sleep, sugar intake, exercise, and screen time.

Coaching

  • Food coaching: Proper nutrition supports shaping and toning. Keep a food journal and adjust your diet with a coach to match your goals
  • Lifestyle coaching: Combine healthy habits with expert coaching to feel more toned and strong
  • Body measurements: Track your progress with optional body measurements every 4-6 weeks
  • Personal training & body coaching: Receive guidance on execution or get a new workout program tailored to your goals
  • Online & phone coaching: Short on time? Join our Zoom schedule, phone coaching, and online classes via our app and the Facebook group ‘bbb online’
