Do you want to increase your endurance and give your fat burning process a boost? Then choose to follow a HIIT training by bbb in the studio, the Training Wall (bbb Jordaan) or a hot HIIT in the cabin. This full body 30 minute workout is based on cardio and strength exercises performed with time intervals, alternated with short breaks of active recovery and rest. Because you perform short, intensive exercises after each other, the fat burning process is stimulated up to 48 hours after your workout! During such an intensive workout you exhaust the body resulting in your body having to work much harder to keep the oxygen levels up.
