Wecome to our holistic sport school, where we not only work on your body but also look at your nutrition and mind so that you feel comfortable with your body. Our bbb health boutique in Amsterdam East focuses on you being an individual and a women, so that you can get the best result.

  • Individual guidance and attention focusing on you as a woman: As we sport in small groups, our attention is directed towards you. You are coached personally in a sport school with a homely atmosphere.
  • Hot cabin exercises: Come to bbb Amstel and experience the unique workouts in the heated cabins. This training is not long however it is extremely effective: in 30 minutes you can do your whole workout. We also offer classes in the studio, outdoors or online.
  • Mind, body and food are central: With us you work on the healthiest version of yourself, not only in the areas of body and food but also lifestyle.

Get to know bbb Amsterdam Amstel in about 45 minutes. We start with a short intake and then move on to the heated cabin so that you can experience how it feels to move in warmth.

Our classes

At bbb Amstel we offer various classes:

  • Power: a class in which strength exercises are central.
  • Yoga: we offer various yoga classes, each with their own goal. You can read about the yoga classes that we offer here.
  • bbb: the three b's stand for the training of the stomach, buttocks and legs. We have various classes in which these zones are trained together or individually.
  • TRX: Through the use of special straps you follow an intensive training in which various muscle groups are trained.
  • Pilates: Our pilates classes take place in the studio or heated cabins.
  • Hiit: This high intensity training is very intense. We offer various forms of this class.
  • Balance: so as the name suggests, during a balance training you train everything in balance.
  • Bybaby: train together with your baby.
  • Barre: various exercises based on yoga, ballet and pilates, are performed at a barre.
