A hot cabin workout session

Boutique managerKelly started her career as a beautician, but soon discovered her passion for advising women on nutrition and lifestyle. Through this approach, she noticed that the women she guided achieved their best version, both physically and mentally. As a graduated orthomolecular therapist, she now works with women every day to help them become their optimal selves. Besides her work, she is a proud mother of two boys. She embraces an active lifestyle and combines strength training and yoga every week. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience.

CoachI am Nicole, 39 years old and I originate from the southern part of Switzerland. I have been living in Rosmalen for over ten years now with Dries and my beautiful children Mattia and Nora. I love traveling, being outdoors and going on small and big adventures with my children. During the winter I like to go snowboarding, skiing, and in the summer I'll be enjoying all kinds of water sports. I also love to go mountain biking, running, hiking or take yoga classes.

CoachOver the past few years, I have been on a journey of self-discovery that has fueled my passion for physical, mental and spiritual health. The path of self-development led me to the world of life coaching, where I realized that my passion lay in guiding others on their own journey to their best version of themselves. At the moment I am still studying books for the Orthomolecular therapist training. Now I can share my passion and knowledge as a teacher at bbb! I'm really looking forward to inspiring and supporting women on their own path to health and happiness. With every lesson and every conversation I hope to contribute to the growth of the women I mentor.

CoachI studied biomedical sciences with a master's degree in kinesiology. I worked in the medical world for 12 years. In addition to my job, I followed a post-HBO lifestyle coach training. I have had my love for sports, nutrition and lifestyle all my life. I practiced classical ballet for 21 years and after that I was a fanatic boot camper and obstacle runner. I also taught boot camp and jazz dance. I am also qualified to teach yoga classes in the forms of hatha, vinyasa, yin and nidra. In my spare time I enjoy reading and being in nature with my family in our camper.
