A hot cabin workout session
Compared to other gyms bbb health boutiques have a unique feature: training in hot cabins. We offer different types of training in these hot cabins. Most workouts last 30 to 45 minutes and are aimed at fat burning, fitness and flexibility. Because we realise that every woman is different and has different needs, we advise you to book an intake so that you can experience it yourself!
Exercising in a hot cabin brings lots of benefits:
✔ There is no necessary warm-up.
✔ The workout is “short and powerful”: you can do your entire workout in 30 minutes.
✔ It is extremely effective for losing weight and shaping your body.
✔ It stimulates your blood circulation and has a cleansing effect on your body.

Yoga, strength, kickboxing
bbb Tilburg has hot cabin workouts, indoor and outdoor classes. These are aimed at fat burning, fitness and flexibility. Examples of classes in the hot cabin are bbb30, hot HIT and hot pilates. Examples of the indoor classes are kickboxing, kettlebell and yoga. Our outdoor lessons include boot camp and XCO. View our group lesson schedule here.

Boutique managerAs a sport expert, Freeke gets her blood pumping from all kinds of exercise activities. Achieving personal goals and having fun are the most important elements. In her daily life, Freeke focuses on the balance between healthy nutrition, sufficient workouts and proper relaxation by giving sport massages. She likes to share her enthusiasm and energy to motivate members at bbb and guide them towards a healthy lifestyle
Lina
Boutique assistentLina delved into the effects of hormonal contraception and the menstrual cycle. Now she is expanding her knowledge on holistic health methods, such as Chinese medicine or naturopathy. Her goal: to inspire women to take control of their own health, personal development and quality of life.
Myrthe
CoachMyrthe graduated as a professional dancer. From an early age, exercise has been part of her daily routine. That way, she has always been focused on the body and its energy. Because of this interest, she also took a course in nutrition coaching. As a coach, she is eager to help others step by step towards a good balance between fitness and energy.
Lieke
CoachMy name is Lieke and I study dance education at Fontys University of the Arts. In addition to the art of movement, I also find the connection between body and mind super interesting and I hope to explore this with you in my coaching and lessons.

CoachI studied biomedical sciences with a master's degree in kinesiology. I worked in the medical world for 12 years. In addition to my job, I followed a post-HBO lifestyle coach training. I have had my love for sports, nutrition and lifestyle all my life. I practiced classical ballet for 21 years and after that I was a fanatic boot camper and obstacle runner. I also taught boot camp and jazz dance. I am also qualified to teach yoga classes in the forms of hatha, vinyasa, yin and nidra. In my spare time I enjoy reading and being in nature with my family in our camper.

CoachMy name is Casey and I am currently studying hormone/nutrition coach and a Pilates training. I have currently made a career switch from working in a clothing store to what really makes me happy and what I am really passionate about is working with your body and mind. I am really looking forward to working at bbb health boutique and inspiring women with the knowledge I have, but also motivating them.
Marieke
Groupclass teacher burn & YogaAt bbb, Marieke teaches the Burn, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow yoga and hot yoga classes. These combinations of strength, explosiveness and relaxation and balance suit her well. In her free time, she enjoys doing acro yoga, dancing, reading books and cuddling animals.

Groupclass teacher strength & HIITShe knows better than anyone what it's like to come from far away. Starting a journey, with many mountains on the way and overcoming them. Sometimes I don't dare to be a woman. Finding it exciting to step out of your comfort zone, to feel strong, to really stand in your strength. She hopes to be able to help all women in this, to let them do what they feel comfortable with. To be who they want to be. But also certainly to give an extra helping hand when they want to step out of their comfort zone. To become who they want to be.

Pilates teacherSeveral years ago, Nadine changed course and switched from a busy job in the events industry to full-time world traveler. Since then it became her passion to make the world a little more beautiful, beginning with herself. At bbb, she hopes to inspire and motivate you through her classes and coaching sessions to stay close to true self (your nature) in order to be the best version of yourself.
Louise
Groupclass teacher strengthLouise coaches in nutrition and power training. She believes that nutrition and exercise can and should both be a fun aspect in your life. She moved to the Netherlands 9 years ago and lives in Tilburg with her two lovely dogs. As a nutrition coach, she considers herself a bit of a rebel - she doesn't believe in "good" and "bad" food. Besides, she believes you can easily achieve your goals without punishing yourself with crash diets. With just as much passion, Louise loves to help women work out and make them feel like they can take on the world. She would also love to help you achieve all your goals related to fitness and nutrition.
