We are a gym for women with coaching where you can work on your health and cultivate a healthy mindset. We offer yoga, Pilates, HIIT, TRX, and food and lifestyle coaching. What sets bbb apart is our workouts in warmth. Experience effective 30-minute Pilates, HIIT, yoga, and power workouts in our hot cabin. Exercising in warmth promotes circulation, is beneficial for the muscles, and has a cleansing effect. Above all, it's wonderfully relaxing!
