Cucumber chickpea salad
Fancy a simple and healthy salad? Then try this cucumber salad with chickpeas. Tasty and healthy!
What you need (for 4 persons)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 can chickpeas (400 grams, preferably organic, drained)
little chilli powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 cucumber in pieces
100 grams of spinach leaves
salt & pepper
How you make it
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chickpeas, chilli powder, cumin and garlic. Bake for 3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the cucumber and the spinach leaves. Enjoy!
