cucumber chickpea salad
What you need (for 4 persons)
✦ 1 tablespoon of olive oil ✦ 1 can chickpeas (400 grams, preferably organic, drained) ✦ little chilli powder ✦ 1 teaspoon of cumin ✦ 1 clove of garlic (chopped) ✦ 1 cucumber in pieces ✦ 100 grams of spinach leaves ✦ salt & pepper
How you make it
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chickpeas, chilli powder, cumin and garlic. Bake for 3 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the cucumber and the spinach leaves.
