Our (online) health community
bbb is the health community for you as a woman. Via our app you book your lesson that you want to follow online.
- Facebook live: we offer an online health community on Facebook where lessons are given every day, as you are used to, but online. These classes are for example: bbb workouts, pilates, yoga, kickboxing, strenght, HIIT and many others. The coach records this live, which is extra nice, so you can immediately ask questions and they can be answered. It looks like you're really there!
- Zoom: do you want a little more guidance? Then participate in our Zoom classes. The coach can guide you better via Zoom.
- App: the health community of bbb translates into our app. Members log in and fill in a questionnaire under foundations, from which personal advice follows in the field of mind, body & food. Members can also participate in challenges, every season there is a new event where bbb works with you on goals.
- You can then book a coaching session from the app to go deeper into your specific wishes.
- We also offer walking coaching and outdoor duo training for full members.
What is bbb health boutique?
bbb is a health boutique where personal attention is central. You may think of the workout when you think of the 3 b's: buttocks, legs and core, but bbb stands for body workouts, inner beauty and lifestyle balance. We offer a holistic experience with our health community, not only online but also on location. Our gym is small-scale, where there is a lot of room for guidance. This way we can guide you optimally in the field of appropriate workouts, eating habits and lifestyle.
The unique thing about our bbb locations are the heat cabins, in which you lie individually. Because the cabin is heated to 40 degrees, you burn more fat, your blood circulation improves and you have had an effective workout in 30 minutes.
