energy oatmeal bars

What you need (for 12 bars)

✦ 2 whole ripe bananas
✦ 200 grams of oat flakes
✦ 100 ml almond milk
✦ 2 tbsp almond paste
✦ 4 medjool dates cut into small pieces
✦ 1tl vanilla
✦ 1tl cinnamon

How you make it

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mash the bananas
and mix them with all mentioned ingredients in a bowl.
Grease a brownie baking tin with coconut oil and scoop the mixture in the bowl. Press the mixture flat with a wooden spatula. Put the baking tin for about 12 to 15 minutes in the oven. Allow it to cool and then cut into strips.
