Energy oatmeal bars
These oatmeal energy bars are a tasty and healthy snack. Enriched with almond paste, sweet medjoulders and bananas packed with fiber and energy!
What you need (for 12 bars)
- 2 whole ripe bananas
- 200 grams of oat flakes
- 100 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp almond paste
- 4 medjool dates cut into small pieces
- tl vanilla
- 1tl cinnamon
How you make it
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mash the bananas and mix them with all mentioned ingredients in a bowl.
Grease a brownie baking tin with coconut oil and scoop the mixture in the bowl. Press the mixture flat with a wooden spatula. Put the baking tin for about 12 to 15 minutes in the oven. Allow it to cool and then cut into strips. Enjoy!
