How long after eating exercise?

Many people wonder about eating and drinking when you exercise. Is it good to eat before or after? And how long after eating is the best time to exercise? 

Should there be a lot of time between your meal and the workout or can you get started right away? We are going to answer all these questions and give you a number of tips for after exercise. 

Is it good to eat before exercising? It is absolutely good to eat something before you start your workout. If you eat in advance, your muscles get enough energy and you can continue exercising for longer. Do you not eat anything before exercising? Then that can be bad for muscle building.

Sometimes people think that you burn fat faster if you exercise without eating beforehand. This is absolutely not true. As indicated above, exercising on an empty stomach can lead to less energy and even fainting during the workout.
