This is probably the most unique aspect of bbb. Personalised training in the hot cabin. Based on your foundation, measurements and goals, you receive a personal sport programme. This programme is made up of exercises that fit with your goals and physical capabilities. So if, for example, you mainly want to train your belly and waist then your personal programme wil mainly contain core strengthening exercises. But even if you want to train the hips, innerside of the legs, buttocks or triceps. All combinations of muscles groups are possible. You can also choose for yoga, pilates, HIIT or strenght exercises in the hot cabin.
If you want to become stronger or build up muscle mass then you can choose to follow a strength programme in the cabin. We take into account any injuries and if possible we adjust the programme so it works for you. Are you pregnant? We have programmes for every fase of your pregnancy and after you have given birth. Do you have quite a few injuries? Then we can create a specific programme for you that focuses on your revalidation. You are always welcome by bbb! You train in your own tempo at your own level. For your personal workout you can also choose a pilates, HIIT or yoga programme. This way you train in the manner you feel happy with.
Because you train in 50 degrees, your blood circulation and fat burning process are stimulated. Through the warmth, muscles and joints become extra flexible which also allows complaints to disappear quicker. Due to the heat is the training also more intense which means you are sweaty and done within 30 minutes. And this all takes place under the motivated and watchful eye's of our coaches. In other words, personal training for everyone!
