'Working out at bbb is really like a warm bath. I used to be the type that mainly sponsored the gym but never came there myself. That has really changed at bbb; I now exercise on average 2-3 times a week (for years!). It is cozy and personal (you are always addressed by your first name and everyone knows who you are). Sports at bbb therefore feels like a wonderful moment for yourself. The online sports during corona has also been picked up very well here, so that I continue to exercise and enjoy lessons via FB live or Zoom. And you can follow (online) coaching so that you always stay motivated. '



‘I have tried other sports before: a personal trainer, pilates, yoga. Every time though, I gained a few kilo's. Now, I have remained the same weight for awhile and feel happy about myself. I think that women often forget that with bbb you get in shape and stay in shape. A friend once said to me: it's as if you ask a surgeon to take a little bit off here and there. In other words - shaping.'

'Personally, I find that my problem areas are my waist and stomach which is why I regularly follow the pro-programme's in the heated cabines. These are programmes made by the bbb coaches. They are quite heavy and the exercises are often performed with dubble straps. To follow these programmes you need to have trained by bbb for awhile. At this moment I'm following Fransje's programme and before that, Maartje's. Pretty heavy!

'A fine and motivating way to exercise! I've been a member for years and it is for me the only way that inspires me to train regularly - I train at least twice a week. Here you are insured, 100%, that you will be offered a membership that you will really use! Your session doesn't take long and the exercises really work. There is plenty of coaching and the sport school is beautiful with lovely showers etc. The women who work here are wonderful and since I've been exercising here my body is so much more in shape. They also offer advice in nutrition and lifestyle. Everything is possible! 'I've tried many different forms of sport but with this way of training I stay motivated (even during my pregnancy)! Due to the modern and warm atmosphere, fine coaching in all the relevant areas and the personal approach it is impossible to become demotivated. Miss a session? Then they check to see how they can help you stay on track but in an easygoing manner benefiting you! In short, as a (young) women I would definately recommend you give it a go! 'Everything about bbb is good! I wasn't especially looking for a sport school for only women but now I find that aspect fine. When you arrive the coaches know you and you can start immediately. I always drink a large glass of water first. Lockers, changing rooms (with kimino's!), showers, towels etc are all there. Also fine that you can plan everything online and can change or cancel classes up to two hours beforehand. I also enjoy the fact that, as well as the hot cabin, there is still a lot of choice: cardio, HIIT, yoga, outside trainings etc. What I love the most are the coaches: competent and lovely.Gives you a feeling of trust. The coaches also give attention to nutrition and rest so it's not just about exercising. In this way, I think, you achieve the best results. If it's necessary, there is also the possibility to visit the physiotherapist or dietitian. There is also a beauty specialist and a masseur! I am always coached well whilst exercising which motivates me. After I've finished training I drink a glass of water (but there is also espresso and tea) and you can browse through the magazines on the large table. I regularly plan a coaching in and about every six weeks a measuring: good to follow the effects on my body. All of this keeps me enthousiastic and encourages me to keep going. A real luxury!  'What they have also thought about is that you can bring your baby with you at certain hours. Fitz lay next to the cabin on a rug, or was asleep in the pram while I could train. All the programmes allow you to be finished in half an hour. Exercising lying down and finished within half an hour, it can't get any better! As well as exercising you can also follow great yoga classes. I'd also advise you, if you want to lose some weight, to be coached by one of the nutrition coaches who are always there. Professional coaches (at bbb psychologists, physiotherapists and dietitians are also present) help you to achieve your personal goals.'

 'With my first measuring my percentage of fat was too high but I also had a high level of muscle mass. According to coach (and fellow villager!) Roos, I could build up more muscle mass fairly quickly as soon as I started to train. Not a lie... after the first month of training, my percetage of fat was lower and my muscle mass had increased! Because I was able to go to the health boutique twice a week, directly after work and was only busy for half an hour, I was able to keep it up.'
