taco's or tortilla's with vegetarian minced meat
What you need (for 4 persons)
✦ 8 tacos or tortillas (or both if you have big eaters) ✦ 1 carrot ✦ 1 onion ✦ 1 bell pepper (leave this if the kids do not like it) ✦ 1 tin of tomato pieces ✦ 1 can of black beans ✦ 1 can of corn ✦ 1 pack of soy cream ✦ 3 taco herbs ✦ 1 pack vega minced meat from the Vegetarian Butcher
How you make it
Chop the onion, carrot, bell pepper coarsely and fry them in the olive or coconut oil. Add the minced meat and cook briefly. Add the tomato, the taco herbs, the black beans and 3 scoops of corn. Let simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the ban. Meanwhile, place the tacos or tortillas in the oven. Serve with avocado and dishes of raw vegetables (what the kids like) and the soy cream. Let them make their own creations themselves.
